The 2021 Harvest Moon Festival marks the 12th annual community festival of Regina’s inner city Heritage neighbourhood.

For the past 11 years, the festival has created meaningful opportunities for Heritage residents to celebrate and share in our neighbourhood’s unique cultural attributes. This year, the festival will be a hybrid ‘COVID safe’ format with events being streamed online and offered in person, by registration only, with a very limited capacity.

This year our theme is “Strength in Diversity”, as we work with Indigenous, Black and racialized artists to develop creative, interactive programming that supports participants to learn about racism and how to resist it. 


The main focus and spirit of the festival remains; community celebration and connection through art, cultural performances, and food.
