Welcome Kabayan - Filipino Welcome Newcomer Event! Open to the Community

Welcome "Kabayan" means 'Welcome fellow members of our community'.
The event is to welcome the newcomers/members of our community and members of different cultural communities. 

One of the goals of this initiative is to help increase awareness and support a range of multiculturalism efforts that foster a more welcoming and inclusive community for the newcomers.
This is also one way of educating the newcomers and members of our community about public safety and how they will be able to access the information.
