'Welcoming Afghan refugees in the Francophone and Acadian communities requires many resources and support. One of the keys to a successful transition from Afghanistan to Canada is lodging. First, a temporary accommodation upon arrival, and then access to a longer-term solution in the chosen community. The lack of available housing compared to the number of asylum-seekers has been an ongoing issue for many cities and communities. What are some actual statistics and numbers in Canada?'
