Building Equity Together: MCoS Unveils ‘We Are READI’ at Provincial Forum

Everyone is warmly invited to join the Multicultural Council of Saskatchewan (MCoS) for its annual observance of the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. This virtual provincial forum brings together community members, organizations, and leaders to learn, reflect, and take action toward building a more equitable and inclusive Saskatchewan.

This year’s event introduces We Are READI, a new MCoS program designed to help organizations integrate an anti‑racist, anti‑oppressive, decolonized, trauma‑informed approach across all policies and practices. The program brings together tools, processes, and learning supports that help organizations move from intentions to meaningful, action‑oriented change. During the forum, MCoS will share the program’s core components and demonstrate how it can guide organizations toward sustainable and incremental transformation.
