Supporting Caregivers: “Reaching Out – Coping with Teenage Behaviour” Program Now Open for Registration

RRLIP is pleased to share an upcoming support opportunity for caregivers of teenagers, offered by Rooted Connections. The “Reaching Out: Coping with Teenage Behavior” program provides education, practical strategies, and a safe space for caregivers to learn more about typical teenage behaviour, boundaries, and effective ways to rebuild connection at home.

This free group runs Wednesdays from 1:00–3:30 p.m., April 15 to May 13, 2026, at Rooted Connections (160 McIntosh St.). Sessions are facilitated by trained staff who offer guidance, discussion, and problem‑solving support designed to strengthen family relationships.

To register, caregivers can contact Rooted Connections directly at 306‑525‑0521 or email [email protected].
