Self-Management: A Pathway to Employment
Are you looking to improve your job search strategy, set clearer career goals, or find new ways to stay motivated in your employment journey? Our upcoming Self-Management class might be exactly what you need!
What’s This Program All About?
This 3-day, half-day workshop is designed to help individuals develop the tools and confidence needed to make informed choices and take control of their employment future. Whether you're just starting out, returning to work, or looking for a new direction, this class is a great opportunity to learn, reflect, and grow.
What You'll Learn:
Over the course of the program, participants will:
- Set realistic, achievable goals related to employment.
- Learn how to create and follow through with a job search plan.
- Reflect on what strategies have worked (and which haven’t).
- Explore ways to overcome challenges and increase employability.
- Understand the importance of interpersonal relationships in building a successful career.
Who Can Join?
This class is open to individuals who already have the basic self-management skills needed to engage in a group setting. If you’re ready to take the next step toward employment, we’d love to have you join us!

Dates: April 23 – 25, 2025 (Wednesday to Friday)
Time: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM each day
