MOSAIC: A Festival of Cultures

RRLIP is pleased to share that Regina Multicultural Council will host MOSAIC this year from June 5 - 7, 2025.

Mosaic - Festival of Cultures is the longest running multicultural festival in Saskatchewan that began as a single day, single venue event in 1967 and has now become a three-day. 2025 marks the 55th anniversary of Mosaic. In 2024, 18 pavilions welcomed Regina to the world. Mosaic provides an opportunity for members of ethno-cultural communities to be able to promote their culture within the City of Regina. Mosaic, a Festival of Cultures, allows the multicultural community to provide a family focused event that celebrates culture while building public awareness about the rich cultural diversity in our community.

Passport Information:

Passport will allow you to visit any Mosaic pavilion for an unlimited number of times and to use the special Mosaic bus transportation to all pavilions. The passport will allow access to ALL regular Regina Transit Buses 1 hour prior to the opening of the Pavilions to end of regular service at 1am.

Passports are available from the Regina Multicultural Council or through member organizations or at the pavilion directly. For more information please visit Mosaic website

The Cultural Bridging priority is supported by the RRLIPs Anti-Racism/Discrimination Working Group (AR/D Working Group). The AR/D Working Group has coordinated various learning opportunities for its members and the broader community. Some examples are: the facilitation of community forums with themes that center on cultural bridging, acknowledging and learning about Indigenous history and culture and the racism experienced in Canada, collaborating in events like Recreating Community Together, the research and development of resources that address racism/discrimination, etc.
