Mental Health Week 2026: Come Together, Canada

Mental Health Week 2026 is an opportunity to reflect, connect, and support one another—and Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Regina Branch invites you to do just that through a free virtual presentation titled “Come Together, Canada.”
In a time when many people experience isolation, even small moments of connection can make a meaningful difference. By fostering understanding and encouraging community, we can help reduce isolation, build a sense of belonging, and support mental health—for ourselves and others.
This presentation will explore:
🎯 How loneliness impacts mental health
🎯 Practical ways we can strengthen connection in our daily lives
