The Newcomers film chronicles the lives of five immigrants facing isolation in small-town Saskatchewan as some of them struggle to find acceptance in their new homes.

Presented with support of the Regina Region Local Immigration Partnership (RRLIP) and Regina German Film Club, the RPL is thrilled to have Director Theresa Kliem onsite for this event. She will provide opening remarks as well as participate in the Panel Discussion with representatives from local immigrant serving organizations following the film.

Unable to attend in person? The panel discussion will be available to view online through Zoom. For more information and to register, click here.

An informal reception will follow the event.
