There are many special awareness days throughout the year.

 

 

In the month of June alone, these events are occurring:

·       National Indigenous History Month (June)

·       World Refugee Day (June 20th)

·       National Indigenous Peoples Day (June 21st)

·       Canadian Multiculturalism Day (June 27th)

Refugee Awareness at the RPL: Free Movies

June 22nd at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. (light refreshments will be served).

Films: 19 Days and Everybody's Children

A discussion will follow the films to provide an opportunity for participants to connect with each other and talk about the refugee situation.
