"Sharing Immigrant Journeys of the Heart” – A New Safe Space for Immigrants to Share and Heal

Building a life in a new country is a journey filled with hope, courage, and resilience—but it can also come with moments of loneliness, uncertainty, and emotional heaviness. Recognizing these challenges, The Caring Place has launched a new weekly support group created especially for immigrants seeking connection, understanding, and a place to breathe.

Sharing Our Immigrant Journeys of the Heart” is a warm, welcoming, and supportive space where newcomers can share their thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences from their settlement journeys. The group is facilitated by Mingi Choe, offering guidance while creating a sense of safety, community, and mutual encouragement.

If you or someone you know could benefit from a supportive, understanding space, please help spread the word. No one should have to navigate the emotional journey of immigration alone.
