Learn English for Free with RIWC’s LINC Program

Regina Immigrant Women Centre (RIWC) offers free Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) classes to help newcomers build strong English skills for daily life, work, and community participation. The program is funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and provides classes from CLB levels 1 to 4, available on weekdays with free childcare for eligible participants.
To join the program, newcomers must be Permanent Residents and complete an English assessment through the Language Assessment and Referral Centre (LARC) before registering. Classes include both full‑time and part‑time options, allowing learners to choose a schedule that fits their needs. [reginaiwc.ca]
Newcomers can book their assessment through LARC and then register with RIWC to begin improving their English and building their future in Canada.
