The promotion of Cultural Bridging is actively endorsed by the Anti-Racism/Discrimination Working Group (AR/D Working Group) of the RRLIP. The AR/D Working Group has coordinated various learning opportunities for its members and the broader community (e.g. the facilitation of community forums with themes that center on cultural bridging, acknowledging and learning about Indigenous history and culture and the racism experienced in Canada, training sessions that share anti-racism/discrimination response strategies, the research and development of resources that address racism/discrimination, etc.).
