One of the RRLIPs local priorities, as outlined in the revised Settlement Strategy and Action Plan, is employment. 

A key objective in advancing the employment priority is to support workforce development by highlighting local employment events (e.g job fairs, employment workshops, networking events, training opportunities, etc.). 

Another key objective in advancing the employment priority is to support employers in strengthening their workforce diversity strategies.
