What to Expect & What to Bring

• In-Person CRA Help: Get assistance with tax slips, Notice of Assessments, benefits inquiries, account updates, account access, and more.

• What to Bring: Please bring a valid photo ID and your Social Insurance Number (SIN) to receive account support.

• Scope of Service: Note that support is for personal tax inquiries only—representatives cannot assist with business, farm, or trust tax questions.

Whether you need assistance fixing an issue with your account or simply need help accessing your tax documents, drop in during clinic hours for straightforward support.
