Building Better Connections: Join Our “Promoting Healthy Masculinities” Youth Workshop
What does it mean to grow up as a young man today? Between navigating social media, school, friendships, and future expectations, modern youth face a lot of pressure around how to act, feel, and fit in.
To help create a space where young men can talk openly about these challenges, SCP (Creating Safe Spaces For Youth) and White Ribbon are partnering to host Promoting Healthy Masculinities—a two-day interactive workshop designed to empower youth with positive tools for life and relationships.
What Is the Workshop About?
This workshop is part of the Coast to Coast – Healthy Masculinities initiative. Over two days, participants will engage in supportive, guided conversations and practical activities centered around:
-
Healthy Masculinity: Redefining strength, emotional intelligence, and self-expression.
-
Respectful Relationships: Building strong, meaningful, and supportive connections with peers, family, and partners.
-
Consent & Communication: Understanding clear boundaries, mutual respect, and positive communication skills.
