Build Confidence, Set Goals, and Find Meaningful Employment with SSILC’s Self Management Program

Finding and keeping meaningful employment is a journey, and having the right tools and support can make all the difference. If you’re looking to build confidence, develop practical skills, and create a personalized plan for employment, the Self Management program at the Saskatchewan Society for the Involvement of Individuals Living with Disabilities (SSILC) may be the perfect opportunity.

- Set realistic and achievable employment goals.
- Develop and carry out a plan for finding and maintaining a job.
- Evaluate what strategies have been working—and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build skills to overcome barriers to employment.
- Understand the importance of positive interpersonal relationships in the workplace and everyday life.
Whether you’re just beginning your employment journey or looking to strengthen your existing skills, the Self Management program provides practical strategies and supportive guidance to help you move forward with confidence.
