Mosaic World Cup 2026: Opening Ceremonies and Cultural Showcase

Community members are invited to attend the Mosaic World Cup 2026 Opening Ceremonies, a vibrant celebration of sport, culture, and unity organized by the Regina Multicultural Council (RMC).  This event brings people together through the universal language of soccer, while celebrating the many cultures that make up our community.

The Opening Ceremonies will take place on Friday, April 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Affinity Plex (1700 Elphinstone Street). Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy a variety of cultural performances, showcasing the rich diversity of cultures represented in Regina. RMC ambassadors will also be present, dressed in their traditional cultural attire, adding color and meaning to the celebration.
