Learn, Save, Thrive: Practical Financial Workshops for Everyday Life

RRLIP is pleased to share details about an upcoming Financial Literacy Workshop Series, hosted by the Regina Early Years Family Resource Centre (REYFRC). These sessions offer simple, real-life tools to help individuals and families better understand budgeting, banking, credit, debt, and everyday spending — all in a welcoming, small-group environment.
Choose one session or attend them all, whatever best fits your financial goals and interests:
- Banking (January 26) - Learn about everyday banking tools, how to use them safely and affordably, and understand your consumer rights.
- Budgeting (February 2) - Explore your spending habits and learn practical ways to track expenses, reduce costs, and build savings that work for your family.
- Credit (February 9) - Understand how credit works, how to build or repair credit, and explore tools and strategies for managing debt.
- Consumerism (February 23) - Recognize how advertising influences spending and learn tips to make confident, informed, and value-based choices with your money.

REYFRC is a drop-in space for children prenatal up to age 6 and their family/caregivers. ALL programming and drop-in play times offered at the REYFRC are FREE.
