RRLIP is excited to announce the upcoming RODS Career Bridging Program which is aimed at equipping newcomers with the tools and support they need to bridge the gap between where they are and where they aspire to be.

The Career Bridging Program (CBP) assists newcomers during their transition into the Saskatchewan labour market.  It is designed to help newcomers smoothly transition into the local job market. Gain valuable skills, learn about Canadian workplace culture, and enhance your employment prospects.

The program offers:
📚 In-class training covering application processes, interview skills, digital literacy, financial literacy, and more.
💼 4 weeks of Job Shadowing and Experiential Learning.

Starting on January 26, 2026, classes are held Monday-Friday, 9:30 am - 2:30 pm (in-person).
