Free English Language Testing Available in Saskatoon and Regina for Newcomers

If you are a newcomer with a Permanent Resident (PR) card and living in Saskatoon or Regina, you may now access free English Language Testing through the International Women of Saskatoon (IWS). This service is designed to help newcomers take their next steps in language learning, employment, and community participation. This program is funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), ensuring high‑quality support for newcomers building their lives in Canada. 

In addition to free testing, short-term childcare is also available while you take your test — making the process more accessible for parents and caregivers.
