New Paid Employment - Skills Training Program
Regina Open Door Society is announcing a new employment program - called the YESS Program.
Participants of the YESS Program are paid for eight weeks of classroom training and six weeks of on-site work placement.
The work placements will be arranged with local employers.
To be eligible for this program you must be:
• a visible minority immigrant in Canada for 5 years or less
• aged 15 to 30
• a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or refugee
• assessed at a CLB 5 or higher
• unemployed with barriers to gaining employment
