I Love Regina 20th Anniversary
August 13, 2022
Victoria Park

Join Mayor Sandra Masters to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of I Love Regina. The festivities are set to take place Saturday, August 13 in Victoria Park.

What is I Love Regina?

Initiated in 2002 and driven by the Mayor’s Office, I Love Regina is based on the successful I Love New York campaign and was intended to shift residents’ attitudes towards our community and improve our city’s image. In its 20 years, I Love Regina has made great strides in improving our image locally and across the country.

Features of this year’s event include free BBQ, treats and SWAG, live entertainment, children’s activities, tipi demonstrations and much more! On-site first aid provided by St. John’s Ambulance. Event activities begin at 9 a.m. and end at 2 p.m. Designated accessible parking is available along the perimeter of Victoria Park.

More details, including a full schedule, parking instructions, and descriptions of participating organizations, can be found on the City of Regina website. In the case of poor weather, updates will be posted there as well.

I Love Regina Run and Walk - In-person or Virtual Race Options

The City of Regina is pleased to partner with Run Regina to feature the I Love Regina Run along with their 20th Anniversary celebrations!  Let’s get everyone moving and celebrate our great city. Movement and fitness are essential to our physical and mental health, so get the whole family together to Run, Walk, or Wheel while celebrating Regina. As an add-on to your I Love Regina Run registration, participants can donate to and support the URSU Cares Pantry and the SPSA SAvivor Program.
