*REMINDER* - Private Sponsorship Information Sessions in Regina - Jan 15, 16 & 17

If you are interested in helping groups complete applications to privately sponsor refugees, part of a group that intends to apply, or part of an organization that is interested in becoming a Sponsorship Agreement Holder, this training is for you! 

The Refugee Sponsorship Training Program is coming to Regina to provide the following sessions: 

1. How to Become a Sponsorship Agreement Holder (Tuesday, Jan 15th 6pm-8pm)
Purpose: information for incorporated/registered organizations that are interested in forming an ongoing agreement with the Canadian Government to sponsor refugees. 

2. Sponsorship Application Completion/Avoiding Crucial Mistakes (Wednesday, Jan 16th 10am-12pm)
Purpose: training volunteers to support those applying for sponsorship and those interested for their own/existing applications. 

3. Sponsorship Application Completion/Avoiding Crucial Mistakes (Wednesday, Jan 16th 6pm-8pm)
Purpose: training volunteers to support those applying for sponsorship and those interested for their own/existing applications. 

4. Post-Arrival Commitments for Sponsors (Thursday, Jan 17th 6pm-8pm)
Purpose: learn about what the sponsor is responsible for once refugees arrive in Canada, as well as changes that have come into play regarding what the Sponsor is responsible for, management and exchange of money, what qualifies for in-kind, etc. 

*All sessions will take place at the Regina Open Door Society,  4th Floor,  2220 - 12th Avenue*
